1. The service
Syncrobit Media is a private automation application used by its owner to publish, manage and measure video content on the owner’s own YouTube channel(s) through the YouTube API Services, together with the owner’s self-hosted scheduling and workflow tools. It is not offered as a public service and no third-party accounts are provided.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
The Application uses YouTube API Services. By using the Application, users are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, in addition to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. Authorised use
Access is granted only to the application owner’s own Google / YouTube account, authorised by the owner through Google OAuth. The owner may revoke that access at any time as described in the Privacy Policy. The Application must not be used to violate YouTube’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines or API Services Terms, or any applicable law.
4. Content
The owner retains all rights in, and responsibility for, the videos, metadata and other content published through the Application to the owner’s own channel(s).
5. Availability and changes
The Application is provided “as is” for the owner’s private use, without warranties of any kind. It may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. These terms may be updated; the current version will always be published on this page.
